Applicable Law
Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses, etc.) of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.
- Email addresses may not be collected using automated collection programs or other technical means without the prior consent of the website operator or administrator.
- Email addresses collected without authorization may not be sold or distributed.
- The use of email addresses known to have been collected without authorization for transmitting information is prohibited.
